What is Self-Management?

Self-Management is based on the fundamental principle that you need to manage yourself to be able to effectively manage work and relationships around you. Self-Management teaches you to control your mind’s emotions with thinking and reason. A clear, controlled mind enables you to enhance performance, reduce stress, improve your relationships and become a better leader. Importantly, you expand your emotions to embrace diversity and feel a sense of inclusiveness and compassion towards not just your colleagues but the world at large.

Self-Management is primarily derived from ancient eastern philosophical wisdom that contains universal time-tested principles of life and living. The program also blends in modern, western philosophical thought to create a complete presentation based on humanity’s wisdom of the ages and its practical application to life and business.

Why is Self-Management so essential for your organization?

Universities and continuing education programs only impart information on various subjects. They do not teach how to control the mind’s emotions. Managers are left unequipped to handle the challenges they inevitably face at work and life. Consequently, they suffer from stress, anxiety, decreased motivation, impaired decision-making and dysfunctional relationships. A lack of control over one’s emotions also results in feelings of hatred, prejudice and discrimination towards those who do not fit into one’s mental pattern.

Our carefully designed seminars are based on universal principles governing the control of the human mind and derived from time tested ancient eastern philosophical wisdom. Self-Management is the key to gaining that elusive combination everyone wants in life — success at work coupled with a stress-free mind. Self-Management also elevates one’s thinking to overcome base emotions of prejudice and intolerance by developing humane qualities of inclusiveness, kindness and understanding of others.

How do I know Self-Management is effective?

We received very positive feedback from your workshops. The team found them to be very inspiring, thought-provoking, and useful.
